Jocelyn Shelby is a long-time certified and licensed fitness professional. She holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University of Long Beach and several certifications and specializations with the American Council on Exercise; National Federation of Professional Trainers; Healthways; Keiser; Fitness International and MOSSA . She is the owner of Seattle-based Shelby Fitness and presents, teaches and trains individuals and groups of all ages and fitness levels. She enjoys sharing her passion with health and fitness by educating and helping others become the best versions of themselves by adopting positive healthy habits for long-term healthy and happy living.
