Group Fitness
Strength & Balance
Movement to help improve flexibility, mobility, strength, balance and stability. Exercises
include using your own body-weight, resistance band and small fitness ball. Chairs are used
for some seated movement and stretches
(no floor work is performed).
Students can opt to bring their own light weight dumbbells.
SIGN-UPFunctional Strength
Practice moving your muscles to improve posture, balance, core strength, coordination, and range of motion. This class aims to increase energy and strength to perform pain free daily activities.
Students can expect standing, floor exercises, use of bands and weights.

Movement (30min) - This class focuses on improving how the body moves in everyday life. Students practice natural movement patterns to enhance coordination, mobility and strength to improve athletic activities and reduce the risk of injury.
Balance (30min) - A mix of functional steps and dance-inspired movements,
often using a
chair or barre
for support. This class aims to help prevent falls, improve stamina and enhance overall
fitness.
Each
exercise can be modified
to fit any fitness level.
